Location
White bay is situated on an urbanisation called AKBUK means White bay; a private community of homes just outside of Akbuk & Altinkum. Many of the homes are permanently occupied by an expatriate community of British, and other nationalities. The area has a lovely peaceful and quiet atmosphere. WHITE BAY is situated at nearby of a 5 star hotel The Caprice and therefore experiences a hot spot for holidaymakers
Duplexes
Bedrooms
All bedrooms are double-sized rooms. Two bedrooms are in the upper part of the property. One of these has a double-bed with sea-views from the window opposite the bed. The other bedroom is to the rear of the house and has 2 single-beds. The third bedroom is in the lower part of the Duplex and can really be considered as a separate apartment with its own bathroom and entry door. This room has a double bed. All rooms have extensive wardrobe space.
Bathrooms
WHITE BAY Duplexes has three bathrooms, set up as one family bathroom in the lover level of the Duplex and the other two in the upper level of the Duplex one as an ensuite to the Master Bedroom. Both bathrooms have excellent showers, toilet and wash-basins, with the downstairs bathroom also having a bath.
Kitchen
The kitchen is modern with good-quality oven, hob, extractor, microwave, fridge, toaster and all of the usual cooking and eating utensils. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are located in a small lobby-room at the rear of the house.
Dining Room
The Duplex’s have a dining area with table and chairs for up to six people. There are extensive sea-views from the room. Visitors often choose to dine outside on the main terrace which enjoys truly spectacular views of the sea, the Beach & the Pool
Lounge
This room has two sofas, Sky TV with DVD players and stereo centre. There are extensive views from this room, with patio doors leading out to the main terrace at the front of the property.
Terraces
WHITE BAY has four main terraces, all facing the sea and with wide and uninterrupted views. All terraces are very sunny and care should be taken in the hot Turkish sun! There is an upper terrace which arguably has the best view and is ideal for barbecues and evening drinks, watching the sun set over Aegean Sea and the BAY. The three lower terraces which two of them flow into one another and are essentially outside of the dining and lounge rooms. The pool is around to the most of the Duplexes. Two Bedroom ground floor apartments are accessed via a small stairs from the terrace outside of the Lounge room. Two Bedroom first floor apartments are accessed via a staircase from the rear of the blocks.
